What we collect
When you send the booking form we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, and optionally your email, preferred date, a description of the items and up to three photos.
Why we collect it
Only to give you an estimate, schedule the pickup and contact you about it. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 12 months for scheduling and accounting, then deleted. Photos are deleted after the job is done.
Who sees it
Our team and our email provider, which delivers the request to us. Nobody else.
Your rights
California residents can ask us what data we hold about them, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
